About Stasis Strength and Conditioning – Our goals and philosophy
We aren’t just your typical CrossFit gym. We take a slightly more unique approach when it comes to CrossFit and your fitness goals. We strive to create a community of like-minded individuals and members who encourage and challenge each other. From the minute your warm-up begins all the way until your training session is over, our Stasis instructors are there to provide instruction, encouragement and challenge you every step of the way. We provide a great alternative to the mundane and repetitive nature of the typical gym experience. We scrap the machines and instead opt to use weights, basic bodyweight movements, kettle bells, medicine balls, pull-up bars and more. Our instructors are constantly monitoring your performance and recommend adjustments to your technique and workouts to help you reach your fitness goals.
