Starting CrossFit with Stasis Strength and Conditioning
Getting into CrossFit with us couldn’t be easier. We want you to get the most out of your first visit, and get a true picture of what a CrossFit workout routine can mean for you. First, sign up for your free intro class. If you love the class (we know you will) and want to join us for more, just ask us about our rate packs. From punch cards, to monthly passes to annual memberships, we’ve got something for you.

Your first visit is FREE.
Your first visit will involve joining one of our scheduled CrossFit classes.
You will received personalized attention to help you understand the proper techniques, etc.
Ultimately our goal with your introductory session is to help you integrate into both the Stasis Strength and Conditioning community and get an overall idea of where your current fitness levels are and where CrossFit can help you reach your goals. This is a great opportunity to come and see what we do without any pressure to join.
Your First Visit
We ask that you show up early for your first visit so that we can discuss a variety of topics and issues including:
