Key Information: Intro to Stasis Strength and Conditioning
The “No Sweat Intro” is complimentary.
Your first visit will involve sitting down with a Coach to discuss your specific health and fitness goals.
Ultimately our goal with your introductory session is to help you integrate into both the Stasis Strength and Conditioning community and get an overall idea of where your current fitness levels are and where CrossFit can help you reach your goals. This is a great opportunity to come and see what we do without any pressure to join.
The “No Sweat Intro” Process
We ask that you show up ready to discuss a variety of topics and issues including:
